Reconnecting to ourselves through our connection to country
These workshops focus on healing, reconnection, and ancestral ways of being in right relationship with Country and plant kin.
Wellbeing Workshops
Hands-on, grounded, and rooted in traditional knowledge and connection to land. Each workshop/session is tailed to each individual group. These sessions, may included but are not limited to creating plant kin medicine in the form of face and body product : body scrubs, bath salts, native foot scrubs, sprays, salves and balms.
These workshops honour the land as our first teacher and centre ancestral approaches to wellbeing. Designed to support deeper connection to self, Country, and community, these sessions may included a mix of but not limited to the following :
Burning bundle making
Native foot soaks and hand massages
Natures skincare and wellbeing products
Yarning circles /story-sharing
Energy work
Ritual-based wellbeing practices and product making.

These workshops create space for people to reconnect with their creativity in a way that feels natural and safe to explore their inner stories.
Art has been a tool for storytelling, feeling, and healing, without pressure to perform or produce. It’s about making room for what wants to come through, and honouring the creative spirit that lives within all of us. Reconnecting and exploring our inner story through art.
Creative Expression & Feeling Through Art
These sessions gently guide participants through a process of self-expression, an exploration through mixed media. The focus is on the experience, not the outcome—offering time and space to explore, play, reflect, and release.
Cultural & Community Art Projects
I also facilitate collaborative art projects that centre collective story and cultural connection. Exploring and speaking to culture, symbols & storytelling.

My name is Jame Telfer,
I am a proud Gumbaynggirr woman from Yellow Rock, Urunga, custodian of the beautiful Bellingen valley. I am the firstborn daughter and granddaughter of my line, a devoted mother of four beautiful children, a loved wife and the embodiment of my Ancestors wildest dreams.
